Specific to You

Along with your customized weight training program, I’ll also create a specific aerobic and/or anaerobic cardiovascular program to meet your individual fat burning, endurance, conditioning and overall health needs.

Just like your customized weight training program, your cardio program will also take into account your specific goals, age, fitness background, equipment, body type, schedule, fitness level, injuries and more

Nutrition Meal Plan

No one set diet is right for everyone, and no one set diet is right for you at various stages of progress. Every person is unique and requires a specific nutritional approach that is customized to their particular needs.

Along with your calorie and macronutrient breakdown, I’ll provide tips, tricks, and guidelines to help you use nutrition as a way to serve your goal.

In addition, I’ll show you how to easily modify your existing daily plan. Key factors I will take into account include your gender, body type, specific goals, body composition, food availability, financial situation, activity level, recent dietary habits and more.

As you progress from week to week, I’ll continually adjust your nutritional approach and provide any guidance to keep up with your results. 

Supplementation Guide

Along with your training and nutrition plans, I’ll also provide you with an individualized supplementation program that can be easily added to your workout and eating schedules.

I’ll list various supplements that you can choose from depending on your goals, financial situation and how much money you wish to spend in this area.

Supplements are not a mandatory part of your fitness program, but they can help to accelerate your results and improve the overall convenience of your diet as long as you choose the right ones.

Each supplement plan is YOUR supplement plan. I’ll cut straight through all the hype and B.S and show you exactly which supplements are worth investing in and which ones to avoid. Your individual supplement plan will be configured based on your specific fitness goals and budget and will ensure that you never spend another dime on a worthless pill or powder ever again.

And most importantly, you still get to live YOUR life. Not only will I help you get into the very best shape you’ve ever been in, but I’ll also show you how to do it without having to spend endless hours in the gym … without having to deprive yourself of your favorite foods… and without having to revolve your entire life around your fitness plan, or shy away from parties, dates, holidays or other social events.
